I grew up in Annapolis, MD in a loving & fun family w/3 other siblings. I went out searching for more sunshine & warmer winters in a move to Jacksonville, FL in 1980. I love & am very passionate about being in real estate sales & management. My background was as an operations manager for the medical sales. That allowed me to gain tons of knowledge & experience in customer service. I earned my real estate salesperson license in 1995 & went on to become a broker in 2000. I have spent my whole Realtor career with Susan Kennedy & The Kennedy Team. Initially as a sales team member & then the team manager. Real estate has been through many changes over the past 26 years. In this field we learn every day. I take great pride in the care of my customers which has resulted in the majority of my business today coming from past customers & referrals. When not working; I am all about the family! I love to have get togethers, event parties & holidays with my extended family...usually @ Nana & Grandad’s house & pool. Grandchildren have added an extra layer of fun in mine & my husband Donnie’s life of the past few years.
