Entrepreneur. Animal lover. Breast cancer survivor. These are just a few phrases that describe Lisa Ingram. She’s also a longtime resident of northeast Florida, very familiar with the local housing market, as well as the many reasons why so many people are eager to call the area home.

Before pursuing her passion for real estate, Lisa got her start in the automotive industry. She began as a receptionist for a local car dealership, working her way up to office manager. Soon after, she and her husband started an IT company focused on helping car dealerships build their businesses and increase efficiencies. They eventually sold the business, and, after a short stint working with the new owners, Lisa left to pursue her career in real estate.

Lisa's entrepreneurial and customer service- oriented mindset fits right in with Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty. She enjoys building relationships with her customers and goes the extra mile to help them find just the right solution to their home buying or selling needs.

When she's not building her business, Lisa enjoys volunteering with local animal adoption and rescue organizations and supporting other community causes. She also loves water sports and is happy to spend time with family and friends at the ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway and the St. Johns River.
