Felicia Farrell moved to Ponte Vedra from Rhode Island in 2014. She graduated from The University Of Rhode Island, where she met her husband, Joseph, with a degree in Communications and then proceeded to build a successful Human Resources career. Felicia, her husband, and their son, Max, followed both of their parents to Florida where they made Nocatee their home. At that time, Felicia helped her husband launch a successful multi-inspector Home Inspection company. Felicia has always had passion for real estate and loves everything about it - watching the markets, building relationships with buyers and sellers, and assisting people move into homes that they love.
