Real estate is not a "one-size-fits-all" proposition. No one understands this better than JoAnn Wiley. Having retired after 20 years of working as a Physical Therapist Assistant helping patients achieve their goals, she pursued a Real Estate career in the hopes of continuing to help clients realize their home ownership goals. It was during this time, while volunteering for the Special Events Advisory Council for the City of Jacksonville (senior events), as well as delivering Meals on Wheels for the Council on Aging, she realized a need for Senior advocacy. Relying on extensive experience from years of working with seniors and a strong desire to help, she then earned her Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation from the National Association of Realtors® to set her apart as an expert in the field. Now, having assisted countless seniors sell their homes throughout the northeast Florida area, she continues to work with a passionate advocacy for her clients in pursuit of their goals.
