Helena Norden has been a Jacksonville Beaches area resident for over 25 years, and is currently residing in Atlantic Beach with her husband and two sons. She brings over 19 years of professional experience and helps both sellers and buyers in the North East Florida area to enjoy the benefits of home ownership. Helena has regularly achieved top producer status as both a listing and selling agent and has earned numerous awards, and has currently achieved the Coldwell Banker International Presidents Circle status, and is a member of the International Diamond Society designation and listed in the Jacksonville Business Journal's Book of Lists of Top Real Estate Agents. Helena Norden participates in the fast growing Jacksonville area through her volunteer work in the community and proudly donates a part of her commission on every transaction to CBV Cares. She has also organized fundraisers for non-profit organizations like the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
