PATRICIA SHERMAN
Patricia Sherman is an active sales associate and multi-million-dollar producer for Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty in Fleming Island, Florida. As a member of the Northeast Florida Association of REALTORS since 1994, she has in-depth, area specific insight about our local housing market, Jacksonville's communities, neighborhoods, schools and entertainment. Patricia retired from the United States Navy where she worked as an Air Traffic Controller for almost 22 years. Upon retiring, she decided to pursue her passion to buy, sell and teach others about the real estate industry. She feels that everyone deserves a home and is enthusiastic about helping her client secure theirs. Patricia believes that knowledge is power, and is eager to not only share her wisdom with others, but to also stay current with her own education. She holds an Associate in Arts Degree, has her broker's license, Florida real estate instructor's license, and GRI, SRES, CSP, E-Pro, AHWD, SFR, FMS, LMC, MRP designations. In 2005, 2010 and 2013 she earned the Educator of the Year Award from the Northeast Florida Association of REALTORS. Her dedication to teaching isn't exclusive to only real estate; she also teaches CPR, BLS, and First Aid courses for the American Heart Association. She leads a beautiful, fulfilled life, and her philosophy is... "to enjoy each day, smile, use humor as often as possible and to live life to its fullest!" She has been happily married to the love of her life for over 32 years, and has two beautiful daughters, 6 grandchildren, 3 parrots and 2 dogs!
